Walaupun masih dalam pandemi Covid-19 kita tetap diharuskan menjalankan puasa selama 30 hari. Puasa adalah menahan diri dari makan dan minum serta menahan hawa nafsu dari mulai terbit fajar hingga terbenam matahari untuk meningkatkan iman dan takwa umat Islam.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tidak mudah untuk dapat menahan diri dari makan dan minum. Apalagi rasa lapar yang ditahan sampai Maghrib tiba. Bagi kebanyakan orang, menahan lapar adalah hal yang sulit dilakukan. Bagaimana tidak, biasanya dalam satu hari saja kamu makan 3 kali atau lebih. Atau biasanya kamu minum sampai 2 liter air. Tiba-tiba hanya boleh makan dan minum di waktu Sahur dan menahannya sampai Maghrib. Perubahan inilah yang menjadi faktor kamu susah menahan lapar dan haus saat berpuasa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tetapi kami tidak perlu khawatir, karena ada beberapa cara yang bisa kamu lakukan untuk dapat menahan lapar dan haus selama berpuasa, berikut cara menghilangkan rasa lapar dan haus saat berpuasa:<\/p>\n<p>1. Pilih makanan yang mengandung protein di waktu sahur<\/p>\n<p>Protein menjadi pilihan yang tepat untuk dapat menahan lapar. Pasalnya, protein lebih rendah kalori dibanding lemak. Dan membutuhkan waktu lebih lama dicerna dibanding lemak. Maka pilihan makanan yang mengandung protein, akan membuatmu kenyang lebih lama.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2. Minum air putih di waktu sahur<\/p>\n<p>Minum air putih adalah metode yang sederhana, mudah, dan sehat untuk menghilangkan rasa lapar saat berpuasa. Selain itu air dapat menghidrasi tubuh dan menyegarkan pikiran. Minum air putih paling mujarab untuk menghilangkan rasa lapar dibandingkan minuman-minuman yang berasa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>3. Olahraga<\/p>\n<p>Bukankah olahraga di waktu puasa malah capek ya?! Eitss tenang dulu, melakukan olahraga secara teratur itu penting, karena dengan berolahraga dengan benar kita mendapatkan energi. Meskipun hanya jogging atau lari-lari kecil, ataupun jalan. Disaat puasa pasti kamu kekurangan energi kan?maka dari itu, tetap melakukan olahraga agar tubuh sehat, energi dapat.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>4. Menyibukkan diri<\/p>\n<p>Mengalihkan diri kamu disaat lapar menjadi kunci utama apalagi kamu mempunyai aktivitas rutin yang biasa dilakukan seperti bekerja, sekolah, mengerjakan pekerjaan rumah, dan sebagainya. Pentingnya menyibukkan diri disaat lapar ialah fokus kita teralihkan dengan pekerjaan yang kita lakukan. Selama melakukan pekerjaan tersebut kamu pasti akan lupa dengan rasa laparmu.
