Selain itu, seringnya hujan juga berpotensi mendatangkan\u00a0penyakit musim hujan\u00a0seperti flu dan pilek jika Anda tidak menjaga tubuh dengan baik.<\/p>\n<p>Jika Anda ingin tubuh tetap sehat dan aktif saat\u00a0musim hujan, maka Anda dapat melakukan beberapa hal yang bisa membuat diri Anda terjaga dengan baik di musim ini. Berikut ini merupakan beberapa cara untuk menjaga tubuh Anda saat\u00a0musim hujan.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>1. Selalu Bawa Payung<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Payung merupakan peralatan yang wajib Anda bawa saat musim hujan, sekalipun Anda bepergian dengan mobil. Anda tidak akan tahu bila sewaktu-waktu butuh bepergian atau melewati area yang tidak beratap saat sedang turun hujan. Bawalah payung lipat agar lebih praktis, atau gunakan jaket dengan tudung (<em>hoodie<\/em>) bila Anda ingin memakai jaket sehari-hari.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>2. Konsumsi Makanan Bersih dan Sehat<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Anda perlu memperhatikan makanan dan minuman yang dikonsumsi saat\u00a0musim hujan, terutama bila Anda gemar makan di tempat yang diragukan kebersihannya. Makanan yang \u2018kotor\u2019 berpotensi membuat Anda terkena diare. Pastikan juga Anda menambah konsumsi makanan sehat seperti sayur dan buah untuk menjaga kebugaran tubuh.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>3. Siapkan Baju Ganti<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Sekalipun Anda membawa payung atau menggunakan jaket bertudung, tidak ada salahnya untuk membawa baju ganti untuk berjaga-jaga. Bila pakaian yang Anda kenakan basah kuyup akibat hujan, Anda akan mudah terserang penyakit flu atau pilek bila tidak cepat-cepat diganti dengan pakaian kering.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>4. Rajin Membersihkan Tubuh<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Bakteri dan virus mudah menyebar pada saat musim hujan, sehingga Anda perlu rajin membersihkan tubuh. Mandi sehari minimal dua kali sebaiknya selalu Anda biasakan setiap hari. Selain itu, pastikan agar Anda membiasakan diri mencuci tangan dengan sabun hingga bersih, terutama sebelum makan dan saat pulang beraktivitas.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>5. Jaga Tubuh Tetap Terhidrasi<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Baik musim kemarau maupun hujan, tubuh Anda tetap perlu terhidrasi. Minumlah sekitar enam hingga delapan gelas hangat per hari, dan Anda dapat menambahkan parutan lemon untuk membantu menyehatkan tubuh.
